Every sign-in and change logged
Sign-ins, failed sign-ins, sign-outs and every change to a person or a setting are kept with who, when, and from which address.
Quotes are never overwritten
Each save is a new version. An ordered job is fixed with its documents, so what was ordered is what gets built.
No email sent without approval
Emails from the app wait in an outbox until ShedTech approves them, so nothing reaches a customer by mistake.
The online quoter can't leak costs
It never sends parts lists, costs, margins or engineering to the browser, only runs on the websites you list, and has an invisible bot check and rate limits.
Keys and links kept safe
Secret keys and customer 3D links are stored only as hashes and shown once. Links expire when you choose and can be withdrawn at any time.
Personal details masked
Where staff look at data directly, customers' names, contact details and addresses are hidden until they ask to see them, and that is logged.
Present mode
Hide costs, margins and the parts list while a customer is looking at your screen. A PIN or your password brings them back.
Hosting
Where your data lives.
ShedTech is hosted in Australia by VentraIP, an Australian hosting company, so your quotes, customers and prices stay in Australia.
Price lists and settings are kept apart for each business, and a distributor's people only ever see their own business.
